When my wedding got cancelled due to COVID, I was heartbroken. I was crushed when my wedding plans crumbled before me. I couldn't have October 2nd, 2020 pass by without anything happening. So I decided to release a song about my fiance.

Ultimately, Sleep Sound is a love song. But it has elements of mental health, anxiety, and insomnia. It's about leaning on someone who loves you and helps you sleep through the night.
